Summary: The bottom bunk bed was not comfortable and the bed frame made noise with every movement. Close to great restaurants, bait shops, attractions and parks. Overall, the cottage was great. We will return.

Summary: The cottage is very simple, which is accurately described in the listing. It is close to the water however you can’t see the water from the cottage and the only access to the water is on a very dated little pier. If you don’t mind not seeing the water from your cottage, this is no issue at all. Within driving distance (10-15 minutes) from most everything, but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Hosts are very friendly and helpful with excellent communication!

Summary: Property was exactly as advertised. Our stay with our 2 small dogs was ideal. We were there for an annual event hosted by a friend on Johnson Island. We had previously stayed in the dog friendly BW and that was awful. This cute little cottage with ample outdoor space was perfect. Very quiet and peaceful, would definitely do it again!
